In 2019 KAFP focuses on following 3 components:
Improving quality of life of disabled people introducing animation experience by deeper immersion and further expansion coverage of the project in Atyrau region:
The project’s goal is to train and enable disabled people’s capabilities with possibility of further employment, mastering and obtaining knowledge and skills in process of making souvenirs and gifts using wood and felt and other materials.
Increasing a social capital of the local community for sustainable economic development by executing social, educational and charity projects; making quality education available in orphanages, higher and secondary educational institutions of Atyrau region by involving TCO volunteers; motivating TCO employees, contributing to improving the reputation of TCO and increasing capability of local community.
Completion process of establishing a laboratory for testing soil, water and plants (SWAPTEL) and performing innovative research of water, soil, plants of Atyrau oblast. Provide high quality laboratory services applying modern technology.
Improvement of psychological and parental competences and development of potential of future professionals of public.
In 2019: there are - 5 schools (№1, №6, №16, №18 and Lomonosov school in Atyrau city and schools of Zhylyoi district.

Increase of tourist attraction of recreational sites in Mangystau Region through proactive environment protection measures with engagement of the general public and formation of environment focused culture.
Provide opportunities for students to make a career choice consciously by providing them a training course and implementing Occupational Guidance, Professional Self-determination Integrated Programs; provide opportunities for teachers to gain knowledge and experience in using communicative methods of Occupational Guidance.
English language capacity building of English language and STEM teachers in Aktau, Kuryk, Bautino and Borankul.
Develop leadership and facilitation abilities of Aktau youth and youngsters
Reduce the unemployment rate in the Tupkaragan district through training of 20 unemployed women in demand on the market skills and knowledge, as well as the basics of entrepreneurship
Opening of a rehabilitation center to promote the improvement of techniques for effective rehabilitation of children with disabilities with the use of innovative equipment in conjunction with the method of healing - yoga, swimming and studying with parents in Aktau. Spiritual and physical development of children with disabilities and assistance to their parents. Assistance in improving the quality of state rehabilitation services.
Improve public spaces through the active community engagement in Bautino, Borankul, and Fort-Shevchenko.
